Terms

We feel that having "heavy handed" terms is a deterrent to running an effective and beneficial blog, both for you, and for us. On that note, we have few terms, however, all of them must be abided by:

  1. Illegal activity
If it is illegal in the U.S.A., then it is illegal here, and violates our terms of service. The question of "legal" or "illegal" is a vague one, and ultimately, the decision will be left up to the systems administration to decide whether or not something is , or is not illegal
  2. Advertisements
    • Running your own advertisements on your blogs is not permitted , unless you have purchased paid hosting, or have made some other arrangement with the staff to do so.
    • Any attempt to subvert our advertisers, or encourage your users to "block" them will result in your blog being suspended.
    • Advertising other blog services outside of our network is not accepted, and will result in your account being suspended.
  3. Language
We don’t take offense to "foul language", but please do keep things kind of to a minimum. If it is deemed as threatening, and is reported to us, we must address the issue
  4. Pornography
Posting Porn on our blogs (images, links, videos) is fine, AS LONG as it is private, and it is clearly marked. IE: we don’t want the world seeing it. What you do in private is your business, providing it is fully legal, and complies with the terms and conditions above. What is NOT kosher is posting porn for the world to see on our own servers. That makes US look bad, and it makes YOU look bad
  5. Redirection
We feel that redirecting your users to another blog service via headers, or any other method, is another attempt at advertising that blog service, and we can not allow that.
  6. Spam
    • Spamming our blogs is not acceptable. Any attempts to avoid our "spam protection" that we have put into place will result in an immediate ban of your ip permamently. We don’t send spam, we don’t want spam, we don’t accept spam.
    • The Administrators will, at their sole discretion, determine what is, and what is not spam. We encourage you to read the definitions of Spam, and related terms as found on wikipedia . We have absolutely no tollerance for spam
  7. The most important rule of all?  Have Fun!!!
Seriously, we’re not here to put a "downer" on your fun or blogs. While we’d love to run "term free" blogs, we must admit that is impossible. We have made every effort to provide you with free blogs, and will continue to do so on a day to day basis
